Payment and Shipping
We ship products during business hours, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and on most major holidays. We do not ship on weekends.
All Domestic orders are processed in the order received and typically will ship out within 1-3 business days after receipt of the order.
Orders received on weekends or holidays, will ship respectively out within 1-3 business days following the weekend or holiday.
Once your order ships, a shipment confirmation will be emailed to you which will provide tracking information and links to track your package.
We primarily ship with UPS and USPS! Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and depend upon the shipping carrier used. Shipping times do not include order processing times (1-3 business days) and are estimates based on when the order leaves our facility.

You may order through our site using Paypal or any Major Credit Card. Your Orders are secure and available for tracking once payment is made.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our self defense Tazers. All OTHER SALES ARE FINAL.If you are not fully satisfied, you may request to return an item(s) within 30 days of the date of your invoice for a refund or exchange. If you would like a refund, we will do so NO QUESTIONS ASKED, for the cost of the items, less the original shipping and handling charge which is non-refundable.
Returns require prior authorization and any refunds issued will be less our shipping and handling cost for the order EVEN IF YOU RECEIVED THE SHIPPING FOR FREE. A restocking 25% fee may also apply.
If items returned for refund are missing parts or packaging or if the items have been abused or taken apart the return may be refused or a 25% restocking fee may apply. Items must be returned in BRAND NEW condition with all packaging and paperwork included
